Blue or Black jackets (or both!), undershirts, pants to match, that kinda stuff. If something like this exists, please link me to it! :D Also, how would I go about making faction's for custom NPC's in the CK so I can set up custom character's to be at war with each other on-sight? Put a list of factions inside of it and you can set them as either ally or enemy. The anime stuff im unsure about as I only stick to TES lore when modding and making mods.
