Need help with 2H Weapons

Hey there everyone,

 

can anyone give me a hint on how to change 2H weapons in 1H weapons ( playing a barbarian with a 2H weapon in 1 hand is more fun:-) ) what do I need other than CS? or were can I find a tutorial on this one? Thanx in advance.

it's actually very easy

just find the weapon you want to change in the CS, and right click on it, and click edit

the third setting should be Type

if it was a 2H blade, just change to 1H blade (and same for blunt)

and this should do the trick

do note, however, that you will use the 1H animations, and not the 2H animations

well I tried that one but in game the sword stays were it is...in other words, I´m holding an invisible sword...any ideas if it can be changed?

ok, that part, i am not sure about

have you changed anything besides the type??

if not, then it might be something with NifSkope, so i'll have to look into that

Its something in nifscope. LHammonds told me this a long time ago lol

 

You go into nifscope, load up your weapon

Find where it says "BackWeapon"

Change it to "SideWeapon" (vice versa to change from one hand to two hand)

Go into CS

Change to the BladeOneHand or TwoHand depending on what you changed it to (SideWeapon is one hand, BackWeapon is two hand)
