Crashing After End of Game Summary, Updated to 1.7.0.3 and No DLC

Hey guys, I've run into an issue where I can't finish the game. I've got a few mods installed and have tried a little troubleshooting, turning some off and trying again, but nothing is working. The end of game summary plays fine, but the moment the credits are supposed to roll I get a crash. I don't even see any credits on screen when this happens, it just cycles the background slides over and over. I put the game in windowed mode to see what was going on, and have a close program window come up the moment the credits are supposed to roll. Here is a listing of my mods and their load order:

My game version is 1.7.0.3, I have no DLC and I've also installed FOSE, the Frame Stutter Reducer and ENBoost.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'd love to continue my playthrough.

When you come to the end of the game summary, that is the end of the game. It doesn't matter that it crashes at the credits, it's over anyway. You need either BrokenSteel DLC or a mod that allows you to continue after "Take it back"
