Is there like a tutorial page about weapon effects, like Stun, Knockbacks, etc.... or even making more types of effects?

I doubt you'll find a tutorial about that, but it's not tough to figure out.

 

If you want a particular effect that isn't already in Base Effects, you create a new one. Then create an Object Effect that uses that base effect. Then just configure the weapon to use that object effect.
