eLucifer
Waiting or sleeping causes crash to desktop. I have the latest patch installed, and am using some minor mods. There are no exceptions to the crash. Whether I'm in a cell or not, waiting or sleeping ALWAYS causes crashes for me, which is weird, because this issue started to happen today. Luckily, I'm not using hardcore mod, but I sometimes have to wait to pass the time for certain events to happen. I have the timescale set to 1. Which means every irl second is one ingame second, unlike the vanilla settings, in which one irl second is 30 ingame seconds. I achieved this by using the command console code ''set timescale to 1''. You think this could be the cause of the issue?

You think this could be the cause of the issue? Try a vanilla install and turn off updates. See if that fixes the problem. If it does then you know its an update. Try using the new mod manager and maybe re-arranging your bsa load order in your default.ini My thread can help with the bsa order if you don't already know it, just in case. http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/261613-patch-broke-your-texturesmods/
eLucifer
I do have FOMM, FOSE and everything, but I never tried to order my .bsa files, I should check that thread out. Although, I don't see how .bsa files could be causing the problem, as far as I know, they contain textures, right?

I don't really understand that part of it too much either, but I read that the patches were breaking other mods occasionally. Mostly textures, yes but others as well. So, it's worth a shot I suppose. What FOMM are you using? The newest one, or the old one?
eLucifer
The newest one. The one you can use for both games. Anyways, as I said earlier, the patch didn't broke any mod, it broke the game itself. However, as I suspected, the issue was caused by the timescale change I made. I could sleep and wait without problems after I changed it back to normal. Odd, since I changed the timescale for F3 and it worked without any problems. I guess the new patch somehow doesn't support timescale change, hopefully for now.

Not the game. So if you fixed it by changing the timescale back then it was, in fact, the mod. Either way, glad you fixed it!
eLucifer
I'm telling you, I used the CONSOLE COMMAND. I didn't have a mod that changes the timescale, noone has. It hasn't been made yet. That mod would be obsolute, since you can just type an ingame command to change the timescale.
pretzdothack
Oh. I feel dumb. Didn't know you could do that with the command. Oh well.
eLucifer
I even told what the command is: ''set timescale to 1''!
