Lingwei Posted November 12, 2010 Share Posted November 12, 2010 Err, you choose entry point and then you choose whatever you want the entry point to do (e.g calculate weapon damage, adjust book skill points). If you create a new perk, and choose entry point then the first one that will come up is Action Point Cost. This will come up with an initial two tabs - perk owner and weapon, since it can be dependent upon what type of weapon you are using (e.g the perk that reduces plasma weapons action point costs). I'm not sure how you are not seeing that. Alright so it depends on the chosen function, i guess i only tried it with other functions and did not. Otice the tabs till after.
