Game doesn't recognize mods

Hey guys,

 

so I have downloaded and installed ~35 mods with NMM, 28 of which are "Models and Textures", the rest are Better Performance, Project Reality, EVE. Stutter Remover and FO3 Re-Animated.

 

Here's the problem: the game only recognizes a handful of them (Project Reality, Hi-Rez Weapons and Stutter Remover). None of the rest show up. They don't even show up in BOSS. BOSS only shows 12 of the 30+ mods I have installed. I got FOSE, but running the game through FOSE doesn't change a thing.

 

I really don't know what to do. Does load order have anything to do with these issues?

It depends on the mods you downloaded. Some texture replacer mods do not have an .esp and will not show up in the load order. A lot of mods cannot be installed with NMM and will not show up. For instance, if Stutter Remover is showing in your load order, it was not installed properly. There is no .esp to activate and should be installed manually.
