5claw5
theres several yet not superior clothing and armor mods out there yet folks doing these mods are completely ignoreing DT.damage threshold. makeing your hard work null and void and completely useless.i appreciate you guys doing this stuff but in the end it worthless if a primary stat is ignored.spread this word around folks armor NEEDS DT to be on par and effective in game if its not to be eye candy and nothing else. WuphonsReach
I forsee lots of time with NVEdit in my future (if I don't just load up GECK and edit it directly). FO3Edit was wonderful for fixing things like this for my personal use while I pestered the modder in the file comments on the Nexus.
fronzelneekburm
If you dislike a mod, then the easiest solution would be to not use it or change it. Keep in mind that at least for most cases the creator might have something in mind when doing this. I have serious doubts that just standing here and being like "You are all wrong" will really help anyone. Try leaving comments in the appropriate mod discussion threads. That will rather change something than a general "OMG regard DT" thread. And keep in mind that DT isn't perfect in the original game as well - first thing i did in my current mod was making the DT of the enclave power armor higher. It's also a matter of "taste" - some people run around with a funny outfit but still wanna be armored, others yell "Realism!" and set leather armor DT to 1. I don't think you'd get everyone on one side and one of the great things about this community is that there's mods for all people - if you find them stupid or wrong then simply don't use them or change them.
