getting odd values with Project Nevada + can't use pause menu

ok the following screenies show my current issues

the first is that blasted -value that i can't get rid of via the slider

the second shows my pause menu glitched

basically what happens is i can't use the pause menu while in a game

the main menu works fine but the second i enter a game it glitches and won't let me select anything other than the mod config menu

everything is grayed out and does not function

so i can't save, load, continue, etc from that menu

i uninstalled MCM but that didn't work.

uninstalled PN, and MCM, didn't work

so i'm at a loss

EDIT: it's only affecting the PN Rebalance Menu...

NOTHING ELSE IS EFFECTED

i've redownloaded, uninstalled, reinstalled, EVERYTHING PN related... to no avail

someone PLEASE tell me there's a fix for this...
