bloodlord77
I have a problem with geck. I asked a lot of people and they didnt reply me ;( . So i made a mod like usuall saved it. The other day I loaded the mod I made a few changes to it and I tried to overwrite the mod it said THIS. Then I saved the mod as a new file and I launched them and there were duplicated stuff and other bugs. Tryed other things and they didnt work maybe there is a special way to save it but i dont know it. As u see im not very good at modding. Please if someone knows the awnswer tell me how to fix this. fronzelneekburm
You need to specify your mod file as "active" on load, otherwise you are not changing that mod file but making a mod for it. (I hope i expressed it so you gonna understand what i mean).
bloodlord77
Ofcourse. I selected both FalloutNV and my mod. But nothing.
fronzelneekburm
Just selecting is not enough, you also need to mark your mod as "active" file in order to change it.
bloodlord77
You mean click 'Set as active File' ?
fronzelneekburm
Yeah exactly. You need to set it as an active file as "active" means "THIS IS THE ONE I WANNA WORK ON". If you don't set it as an active file you signalize like "This is not my current mod, but i wanna base mine on it".
