Adding a new item to all drink merchants?

As title states, im wondering how i could add a item to all vendors who deal with Liquid items, Water, Whiskey etc. Thanks :P

If you look in one of the vendors' inventory/merchant container, you will probably see a leveled item, a green box with something or other on it. If you open up that item you'll see everything that item can be. The direct way is to add what you want to that list, and the vendor will then have a chance to carry that item along with the rest. This method will be incompatible with any other mod that touches that list.

A more compatible way is to build a quest script that adds your items to that list. Then any number of plugins can touch it without stomping on each other.
