ziitch
Mods don't like to save with esp dependency in the CS, so you have to manually add it in the esp's master list. To do that, in Wrye Bash, right-click your mod and choose "Add Master...". A warning dialog will pop up, but for what you're doing there shouldn't cause a problem, so hit OK. Another file dialog will appear, and from there you will need to choose the Abriel Humans esp. That should fix one problem!

I searched the net for a program that could open it, and I was told that something by the name of "FreeTextPad" would do it. Downloaded it, installed, and now, everytime I go to run Wyre Bash, the FreeTextPad wants to install, again and again. Finally, I get this: Here. Pretty sure that's not Wrye Bash. ziitch
Did you install Wrye Python? You need to install that as well for Wrye Bash to work.
MerlinCross
This? No I didn't as I have to sign up for something to download it there. Now, I found something at the Nexus, this is what I mean. But it doesn't seem to be the same thing. Sorry for all the questions, but I didn't think that modding Oblivion would take this much work just to get started on it.
ziitch
It's here - The Wyre Bash page here should have Wrye Python available on the Files tab.
MerlinCross
Agh, still no luck. I'm throwing in the towl. If I have to do this much work to just start modding, it's not worth it to me. Thank you all for your help, advice, and time.
