Crashing on startup after setting up dial screen

I just bought a new monitor and I was planning to dual screen. I set up my second monitor and updated the video driver from the Nvidia website. Now my game crashes on start up. Worked just fine before now it is failing. The only change is the second monitor and it was working well before. Any ideas?

 

Computer Specs:

 

AMD Athlon II x3 445 3.10ghz

8 gigs OCZ DDR3 ram

GeForce GTS 250

Windows 7 64 bit

Remove your oblivion.ini from \Documents\My Games\Oblivion\ folder, then restart Oblivion from the Launcher, so that your hardware is re-detected and oblivion.ini is rebuilt.

I did that and to no avail. I also switched my multi screen option in the Nvidia control panel to single screen and still I crash.

So you are back to a single monitor and Oblivion still crashes? So we can assume that the monitor is not the problem, would that be correct? If so, please post your mod list here, preferably from Wrye Bash with the spoiler/code sections.
