FalloutNV.exe - Unable to locate component

when i try to load up NV i get an error that says "This application failed to start because d3dx9_38.dll was not found." wat should i do please help

you could google up a download

 

you could re-install directx

 

you could grab the variant d3.. off of the nexus

Yep I know why slap head .. but was so long ago when put in forgot same. heh life is filled with lost memory cells that is what makes every day a new adventure for me. Thanx for the help/prods even, got me to find it and then go back and re-read the info on the mod.
