Is there a way to reset a cell or something? Mostly finished with Still In The Dark and was returning after completing my task, but the game crashes to desktop as soon as I try to transition into the BoS base. I get into the bunker fine, its getting downstairs that is the problem. I was hoping that just resetting the quest and doing a setstage would fix it but it didnt. I've also tried firing all my companions and disabling all mods so its just a bare naked install, to no avail.

Ideas?

Apparently its only the top floor of the BoS base that has the problem, I was able to player.moveto e2f87 (McNamara) and do the reset quest and start it over. Game still crashed trying to go upstairs. I tried moving to Torres (the quartermistress) but that still crashed.

I looked through console command lists to see if I could find anything that might reset/reload a cell but haven't found anything yet.

Please look at my post names Crash fix for some in this forum and FONV mod technical support and try that.

No joy, so I'm guessing that there's something specific about that cell in my saves that is crashing the game. If only I could reset it to its initial state.

Are you currently and mods that changes that area at the moment? And do you know the process in reverting to the backup save?

Yes, though I disabled that mod (all mods actually) but it still crashed. Thing is, I didn't know about it until I came back after running some errands, so the backup autosave is loooong gone. :/ Its not a game-stopper since I can bypass that floor with the console, but I do wish there was a command that would just rebuild the cell from its pristine initial state.
