Utility Pistol - Desert Eagle?

Could someone mod something along the lines of a Desert Eagle like weapon?

If possible i'd like it to be a bit more powerful than all the current pistols in the vanilla version.

like have around 80 or so damage - a bit over powered but not like 10000 damage or something.

and has mods like

impact rounds - more powerful knockback - makes people fly further when hit

extended mags

decreased spread - laser sight?

or any other mods one would find on their primary weapon.

 

All in all, i want a powerful, high knockback, good in most situations Desert Eagle like gun

 

Is this possible?

 

EDIT - could something like a bayonet/ tac knife/ combat knife be attached? - if not don't worry

 

note - i doubt people will bother with this but i'd like to ask around anyway since i can't mod yet.

I'd love to use a desert eagle in New Vegas. I installed anno one of the dester eagle mods for FO3. Favorite handgun mod EVER.

if you haven't at this point in time figured out that there are like 3 desert eagle mods - now you know - i just basically want one upped in power to match my perspective of a desert eagle - and i want some better mods for it so i can run around the wasteland with essentially a perfect for every situational Hand Cannon
