Weird error

Hi. This is my first post and I got a weird error.

I's a graphic error, so I think.

I've got a screenshot of it.

What can I do to fix it?

No, look at the right arm. When using a weapon the weapon is pointing down and to the right.

The glove not matching is a error I know about. It has to do with the Type 3 body and armor. Some armor has that error.
