Reason for the ban
Use of other modders' work without permission.

From the Description of the now deleted mod:
"I want to apologize to the Xazomn and eronel55 for that did not ask the permissions for using theirs content."

eronel55 explicitly stated in the permissions for their Mojave Delight mod:

"Author notes
THIS UPLOAD IS NOT RESOURCE MATERIAL. No one may assign, directly or indirectly, all or part of our creative rights or obligations to other modders without our written consent.
Under no circumstances is our absence from The Nexus, either by accident or design, to be interpreted as permission to use the contents of this upload as resource material. This shall continue indefinitely, commencing on the effective upload date."

You disregarded the author's instructions. Such behaviour will not be tolerated here.
