Mods I used to run wont work!Why?

I have been modding Fallout 3 off and on for the past 3 years now and played with most major mods, hundreds of various combinations of independent mods, and done so flawlessly without issue. Generally I am able to discover what I did wrong during mod install or load order sorting but I am at a loss. IF anyone is willing to help here is my load order, do you notice anything I am missing?

You never said what the problem was.

 

You need to uninstall the inactive plugins in the load order. If it is in the "Data" folder, it will be loaded into RAM.

 

Your load order is a mess. You need to group your major plugins together and in the same order as the vanilla game. See the FWE description page for a sample load order.

 

Compatibility patches are to load after the last mod they are patching.
