Marxist ßastard
If you are unhappy with the default video settings, change them.
Switch
That, and downloading the latest drivers can help. Have you done that? I know someone who bought an x1600 card and his default was Medium until he installed the latest drivers.

Sticky Mick
I've got a 6600GT/128 and my settings are pretty high. 1024x768High texturesMaximum distance = 100%Distant Trees = 100%Distant Buildings = 100%Object Distance = 40%Character Distance = 100%No grass (looks poop anyway)Normal Water (with all reflections on in .ini)Bloom lighting2xAAAverage of 20 fps If you've just got a vanilla 7300SE or LE and not a GT/GS or anything, that could be your problem. Those last two letters make all the difference when it comes to power in graphics cards. The SE is only capable of 900 Million pixels/sec and 5.2GB/sec, 64bit memoryThe LE is capable of 1.8 Billion pixels/sec and 5.2GB/sec, 64bit memoryThe GS is 2.2 Billion pixels/sec and 6.5GB/sec, 64bit memoryThe GT is 2.8 Billion pixels/sec and 10.7GB/sec, 128bit memory If you have got a GT/GS then their must be a problem with it, get it checked out.The 7300 is supposed to support Turbocache which borrows 256MB of system RAM to make it a 512MB card. Try enabling that (if it isn't already)Also if you've got AGP Fastwrites enabled in the BIOS try disabling that. See if it makes a difference. cryocry
no 128mb is the minimum GEforce 6800 or higher is reccomended I used to have a GeForce FX 256mb Tornado edition but it didn't fit into my new motherboard That's strange. I have a 6800 and I'm going on Ultra High! Maybe you have a virus? Or your computer is fragmented? Try running a virus scan and de frag your computer. If that doesn't work... I don't know what to say.
Abramul
Another possibility is spyware/adware. I, personally, use Ad-Aware.
