FO3 Wanderes Edition makes crash my game in some specific locations.

Hello, I got a problem with FO3 Wanderes Edition: this mod makes my game crash in the area near Paradise Fall, around Big Town and near Germantown.
I've tried to deactivate all mods and I can reach Germantown with any of my mod activated, but as soon as i activate any files of FO3 Wanderers Edition my game crash.
It's not a conflict betwenn FWE and other mods, beacuse it crash even if I activate only the main file of FWE.

Here's my mod list, am I missing something? Or there something wrong in my load order?
(I have got GOTY verison.)

I've already change:

bUseThreadedAI=0 to bUseThreadedAI=1

And already add:
iNumHWThreads=2

And my
uGridsToLoad is set on 5.

Uninstall the unused plugins. If it is in "Data" files, it will be loaded.

 

Choose which optional restore tracers you want to use, not both.

 

Why do you have a Fallout: New Vegas mod installed in Fallout3?

I've done as you said, and I've unistall the unused plugins and the new Vegas mod (my bad), and choose just one optional restore.
Stil doesn't working, it keep crashing near Germantown.

Any advice?

There is an area around Arefu that will be a problem with Arefu Expanded. I'm not sure if it extends to Germantown, but it does affect the area near Northwest Seneca Station and Kaelyn's Bed & Breakfast.

 

The best thing would be to load up the game in FO3Edit and check for conflicts in the Germantown area.
