If I want a race that looks like whichever, but with different stats, I load up a race mod as active

in the construction set, copy the race I want to look like, modify the stats to suit, and play

with that mod loaded to choose to race I made. Of course, the only drawback would be that

you are now a custom race, and not a "real Redguard" or whatever, but even there,

you can set affinity from any races you want, so it shouldn't matter much.

I do it this way so that I can change the racial abilities, height, description, etc. while I'm at it.

You can make your character look like another race even without mods, as BS didn't put limits on FaceGen parameters.

Really? So that means I can choose a Redguard and change it to look like a Khajit? Really? hmm..didn't know that.

Ok, I should have qualified that. You can change a character from any race with a HUMANOID head to any other race with a humanoid head, and there wil be only minor differences. For instance, Bosmer might have somewhat more prominent cheekbones when using a given bunch of settings than other races would.

Additionally, a character can be changed from male to female or v.v. and retain a recognizable face.
