Practicing Skill Increase

Has anyone tried or have made a mod that when you practice swinging your sword at a wooden dummy or shooting arrows at targets that yours skill actually increase, I know you can increase magic skills practicing but what about other skills,

no, but there are many other options if you want to train your combat skills, for instance: finish the mages guild quest lines to obtain staff of worm, kill a bandit, use it on him, set game difficulty to highest, wield a dagger and slash the reanimated bandit as fast as you can or if you never finish peryite quest, you can hit his followers without any drawback

Yes. There's Marksman Target Training by InsanitySorrow, and Madhs Working Training Dolls by (you guessed it) Mad-h. Both require OBSE, but they should fit the bill for you.

Also, don't forget the Fighter's Stronghold official plugin adds a combat trainer who you can use as a sparring partner. He does no damage to you because his weapons don't cause you any bodily harm, so you can basically sit there and build up your block skill all day long or level up different combat skills (I like to either steal his no damage weapons so I can hit him all day or create incredibly weak spells I can use on him over and over to level up my spell casting). I know this isn't really a mod and would likely cost to download now but I thought I'd mention it in case you didn't know.
