enchantment points over 225 ?

To put it simply, no. 100% positive there is no better item for enchanting in game than the Daedric Tower Shield. The only way you may be able to increase enchantment points is to make your own items in the CS. I know how to do this but I'm not sure on how to increase enchantment points. You should try asking in the TES Construction Set forums.

ahh thats easy to change in the CS. open up the CS, find the item that u want to increase the enchantment rating of and open it up. There should be a field for enachanting or enchantment rating or something like that i can't remember.

just put in the value u like that, but remember to multiply it by ten, for some reasons, the game divides all of these ratings by 10 in game

Funny are the boots of blinding speed, in game you will never be able to enchant something like this, not even close. I believe they must have some several thousand points of enchantability  These boots are like a cheat from developers.

Exusive rings? They don't even exist... (not even if you meant Exclusive). 225 is the absolute max you can get in game (without mods of course), 100% positive on that, I swear. If someone can prove me wrong I'll rip off my left arm and eat it :P

To clear everything up, I believe that he meant exquisite rings. In the editor, said rings probably do have an enchant value of 1100 or so -- as you would notice, the enchantment points in the editor and in the game differ greatly. However, in the game, those rings only have an enchant value of 120.

I should probably put something like this in "Snappy Answers to Stupid Questions."
