NullEntity
Ok first of all this is the first time I have used mods so I hope I have missed something simple. I'm trying to run witht he 20th century weapons mod , they ARE appearing in the lockers but no traiders or sales people have them at all. Game is GOTY with 1.7 patch and the mod manager with this load order. fallout3.esmanchorage.esmthepitt.esmbrokensteel.esmpointlookout.esmzeta.esmcalibr.esm20th century weapons.esm20th century v5 alive (vendor).esp20th century v5 alive (containers).esp20th century v5 alive (npc_settler).esp20th century v5 alive (vault 101).esp20th century v5 alive (rivetcity).esp20th century v5 alive (raider).esp20th century v5 alive (slaver).esp20th century v5 alive (chinese ghoul).esp20th century v5 alive (supermutant).esp20th century v5 alive (talon_regulator).esp20th century v5 alive (brotherhood_outcast).esp20th century v5 alive (test container).esp Any help would be appreciated. Samuslovr1
Are you using FOMM version 0.13.19 or above? If so, right-click your shortcut for FOMM and select run as adminastrotor. When the FOMM loads, go to load order > BOSS. It should sort the mods so that they work together well. You should also download FO3Edit and create a merged patch to further increase playability between mods.
NullEntity
Thanks for the quick reply, While I did update the Mod Manager to the latest and it arranged the mods like so. Fallout3.esmAnchorage.esmThePitt.esmBrokenSteel.esmPointLookout.esmZeta.esmCALIBR.esm20th Century Weapons.esm20th Century v5 ALIVE (Vendor).esp20th Century v5 ALIVE (Containers).esp20th Century v5 ALIVE (NPC_Settler).esp20th Century v5 ALIVE (Vault 101).esp20th Century v5 ALIVE (RivetCity).esp20th Century v5 ALIVE (Raider).esp20th Century v5 ALIVE (Slaver).esp20th Century v5 ALIVE (Chinese Ghoul).esp20th Century v5 ALIVE (SuperMutant).esp20th Century v5 ALIVE (Talon_Regulator).esp20th Century v5 ALIVE (Brotherhood_Outcast).esp20th Century v5 ALIVE (TEST Container).esp Total active plugins: 20Total plugins: 27 They still don't work in game despite waiting for 24 hours inside a house to let it reset whatever is needed. I can't figure what its not working, as as for FO3Edit I have not gone that far yet as this is not the full list of mods I wish to play with. Any further ideas welcome (I have ticked Archive Invalidation as well).
Samuslovr1
Hmm..... Waiting 72 hours may help, but I find that 99% of mods I use require me to make a merged patch with FO3Edit, so that may be your only option.
NullEntity
Thanks I will try waiting 72 hours but having to do a merge for something as simple as 1 mod ? ouch.
Nadimos
If you are using Windows 7 and Fallout 3 is installed in the default path, it could mean that the files are write-protected in there by Windows. NullEntity
Tried unticking "read only" on the entire Bethesda folder and still no luck (however it keeps reverting back to read only as soon as it finishes, despite the fact I'm logged in as admin ??. This is starting to get me no :P. + waited 3 full days in game with the wait option.

Like a true megalomaniac UAC will take actions if it did not give you permission. Take the safe route Move the game out of that country!!! Try setting up roots in some free society where mods can play in the sun
