FNV Started Stuttering?

I was playing and all of a sudden my game started doing that awful jerky-stutter thing where, when I move (actually it happens even if I stand still but it's more noticeable when I move) there picture keeps halting, like a video that's buffering just a little slower than it's playing. It wasn't happening before just now, and I already have NVSR, NVSE, the 4GB memory mod, and the fake windowed mode mod installed. Windowed mode didn't help at all; in fact, I haven't been using it because the first time I did, i started getting a stutter like this when I hadn't been before.

I was wondering if it might have to do with number of saves? Since I'm about to hit 100 saves, and it's just now starting to do this.

 

EDIT: This only seems to be happening with one of my couriers, saves with the other one are fine.

YUP + NVEC Bug fixes...

 

I wouldn't combine the two considering they both fix bugs..
