I'm using Fallout mod manager with NVSE and i have archive invalidation checked off but all of the custom meshes and textures do that weird crap like i don't have it on any idea why this is? I didn't have this problem with Fallout 3

thanks for reminding me to try FOMM's archive invalidation

Had downloaded a very early version of FOMM and it didn't do ..... [censored]

the current manual version of AI was giving me some flickering

So .. Installed the slightly newer version of FOMM than you are using

And like any install of AI, deactivate it first, then turn it back on.

Flickering textures gone

2 notable cases, one on a gun, the other on a mod's "wall hangings"

Looks really nice now.

methinks you forgot the small step of turning AI off, then back on again.

I don't suppose you could spare a link to the newest FOMM?

I don't suppose you could spare a link to the newest FOMM?

start by rounding up all the usual suspects

http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36901

still no good, think you could explain in a way a newbie can understand?

1 - most important item

install game outside of UAC's domination

2 - download linked mod

3 - install linked mod by executing it

4 - run the mod

5 - turn off archive invalidation (if it is on)

6 - turn on archive invalidation

pay particular attention to item #1
