The return of the outcasts

to those how played fallout 3 and found the outcast to be your best friend when a deathclaw was comming after you or you earnd your trust with them and got get your hands on the stuff in the armory very early in the game.

 

well it's been 3 years sence the enclave got made homeless and posssibly the outcast lefted Fort Independence from the increased number of Brotherhood of Steel they started making the long treck back to there HQ where they snuck pass the legion, killed of some tribals and saved a laser cannon but then they came across Rapid City the discovery,birth place and Mass production of energy weapons and power armor where the area was never bomb due to the laser defence but the fallout got the better of the city. the mix population of humans, ghouls and a few super mutants from the master army was still making energy weapons though they had forgottan how to make the power armor where as Vault 50 where the vault experament was to make energy weapons and power armor constantly without questioning the rules, thanks to ever lasting depostits of material made a profit selling the basic's but storeing the more advance weapons and armour in the underground werahouse. rapid city was fine but 10 years before fallout new vegas an army of raiders from Black hills forest known a steves boy's how wanted to enslave the city and begin the crusade against Caesar's Legion in revengeing the 86 tribes that where claimed. the town was struggleing agenst the mass but when the brotherhood outcast came, well lets just say steve's boy where cut out by 3/4 in one night though steve's boys maintian control of most of Black hills forest. After the fight the population and vault 50 ask the outcast to make Rapid City there Main Base of operations where they could have acess to the warehouse and in return they showed how the people to make power armor also protect the town from steve's boys, the outcast's appected where Vault 50 was turned into sword base, the population where recruted into the outcast even the ghouls and super mutant where most of the ghouls where pre-war and where the ones that rehabilitated the city to it's pre war life became Specialist and specal teams to recover technology from highly irradiated places, the super mutants where know as half tanks who aided patrols carrying modified laser cannons and muscle arms to help build fortifercations, 3 years after the truce the brotherhood outcasts have expanded and now controll most of the area while taking on the remaining steve's boys force but this has bring them to the Mojave Wasteland where they found the location for a brotherhood of steel base also near the Mojave Wasteland a massive underground vault that contains what is belive to be the prototype of liberty prime who is protected by remaining enclave force's.

 

 

if you have read this then you know what to do, make an mod that somewhat make the brotherhood Outcast not just a fraction but a new land area which the Courier will have a major impact in the area or you the Courier just wants the latest in energy killing. if anyone got anymore idea's on how to make this better please share so that ofter peopel can get an better idea. thank you

That's so epic even for DLC it would be a "whooping" one. If you're serious about it why not start writing that, I doubt that many modders here were just "waiting" for someone else to think what epic project they should start. I fear if you dont start yourself it will never be done. At least start doing it, people can see if someone "is seeking help" or "is seeking an idiot to do all the work for him". Trust me, people will respect you much more after you at least have an esp file to show.

i write the proper background of the outcast but if i could pick a person to make the mod id choose gurk_meja to make the people andAlexander Sigurdsson to make the area because gurk_meja made Outcast nitro how burnt anything more than two legs and was not green and Alexander Sigurdsson how made Reykjavik - Iceland which in my opinion beat the pitt and Point lookout put togther because there was so much to do and it made me feel it was fallout 2 all over again. On a technical note, the resources for the Outcast-specific Power Armor are still in the game. The re-skinned Sentry Bots and Protectrons however aren't, but you can at least get the armor in fairly easy.

i seen some mods with outcast items but the helmet at the moment is a cant do though i don't know my you could take the texture from fallout 3
