Gold Horse Courier

Hello,

I recently installed Better Cities and I have a weird issue. Whenever I enter a gold horse courier store and talk about being a carrier, the person that I'm talking to begins speaking but I don't hear any sound. Their lips move and everything, but I just don't hear any dialogue. Is this normal? If not how can I fix it, thank you.

Many mods that add quests don't have spoken dialogue. Delivery Job, the original mod that's incorperated with Better Cities, adds the Gold Horse Courier quests. These quests are not voiced and have silent MP3 files to allow the dialogue to work properly, giving you a chance to read it. So this is perfectly normal in this situation.

I would like to add that silent mp3 files normally result in the screen dialog zooming by so fast that you can't read it, or don't have time to. The answer is to install OBSE -Elys- Universal Silent Voice. Please read the instructions carefully.

Well that typically happens when you don't add silent MP3s or add very short duration silent MP3s. Either way I agree that USV is the best option and is what I've used forever.

You are right, of course. I actually meant to say "a lack of silent mp3 files", my bad.
