FWE alternate start freeze

I recently decided to go back to Fallout 3 and use FWE, so I Decided to install a few other mods as well. Here is my current load order:

 

 

The order that the current template suggests is as follows:

(this is slightly different from what my actual load order is. This is moving them around for some odd reason. Anything with a ------------------ are not being used for whatever reason )

 

The issue i'v run into is, when I go to do the "Alternate Start", I load into a shack and almost immediately my game freezes. I have tried with the regular start, however and it works fine.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

I downloaded the patches and hotfixes so not sure what else to do (:
