SpWs Posted March 14, 2015 Share Posted March 14, 2015 (edited) Hello guys. After weeks of modding (400+ mods) , my Skyrim was finally stable , beautiful , and ready. I had animations mods , all of them worked without any issues , i used FNIS as always , had a custom skeleton , mod organizer of course , tesedit and bashed patches , everything was fine. But THEN , i wanted to test one new animation mod with a "testing" save , so i did install the animation pack , tested it in my testing save , but now , my game has this bug that i couldn't resolved after hours of searching , EVEN with the vanilla game without anything installed. My problem is that , when i'm in third person and that i switch (for example) my bow to a two handed weapon , the stance of the bow stays for the two handed weapon when i'm running (not sprinting) , the only way to have my two handed weapons stance back is to stop my character , then run again. Another example when i try to equip a two handed weapon after having a bow equiped , he's holding his two handed sword with the bow stance : http://cloud-4.steamusercontent.com/ugc/39743758155779926/50A0787B0D9558312CDC71B74D55B4398FF9DD72/ I also have this bug with one handed weapons and magic , but it is easier for me to show you the issue with the two handed and bows stances. So here is what i've tried to resolve this issue : - Uninstalled my game twice and running it without any mods installed : didn't work- Started a new game- Ran FNIS again and again : did'nt work- Tried to reinstall my animations mod and running FNIS : didn't work- Deleted my animations file : didn't work- Deleted fnis : didn't work- Ran a savegame script cleaner (because why not) i just don't know what to do anymore. I wouldn't have made a post if this issue wasn't there with the vanilla game , cause i would have find it , i'm modding Bethesda games since years so i know what i'm doing (usually) , this issue is so far , the hardest one that i had in years , and i'm just out of ideas right now. When you uninstalled your game, twice, did you delete all the left over files as well before re-installing? When you uninstall Skyrim, there are still some files left over. Delete everything Skyrim related completely from the documents/my games and the SteamApps/common. I'm sure you probably did this though since you're knowledgeable in everything; but just in case this is a "maybe forgot something" post. The only other thing I can think of is; before re-installing Skyrim after you've uninstalled/deleted files, maybe clean your computers cache and registry? If you have a program like TweakNow RegCleaner, you could try running that first. Then restart your computer, then install Skyrim again. You shouldn't have to go to that extent, but since nothing else has yet to work... might as well try. I've done this myself when re-installing games, but having an issue where some old content or problems were still occurring due to left over files or something. This seemed to help me. But sadly , i've already deleted my Skyrim entirely before downloading it again and it didn't work. About cleaning my computer , i've already used CCleaner to clean my cache/temp files and i was thinking about cleaning my registry but i didn't do it yet , i guess i'll have to check it out. Creature Pack not installed 129 animations for 2 mods successfully included (character) This is what i get with only the unofficial patches installed (don't understand why it says 129 animations for 2mods). They have an upgraded on for $15, but that free one does perfectly fine. I use that one. I read MaximumPC and it's how I learned of that program. It was one of the top free programs for cleaning out your computer. @velociraptor24 - XD lolololol. Sorry, but I couldn't help but laugh out loud to your crossbow sword picture for a few minutes. XD. It would be awesome if you could stick a sword onto a crossbow and shoot swords at people. :tongue: ... Ooh gawd, I'm still laughing. I have issues.
