It would fit the lore better, considering the USSR had never disbanded in the Fallout universe and the US and the USSR were friends again. But this idea is really great, anyway. I want my character to look like a Soviet soldier from WW2. IDK why. Edit: I didn't read the post thoroughly. That's what staying up all night does to you, apparently.
