2 simple issues left, can anyone offer some help?

First, and main, issue I'm having is the random, and I mean random, freezing/occasional crashing of Skyrim. I'm NOT reaching my RAM limits, I've used SkPM to confirm, temps always under 40C, and I've got a good system and running on lower Skyrim settings (will post below in spoiler). I've read up a lot on this, and most people say its reaching the RAM limit. Well its NOT. I've deactivated several large mods, in hopes of eliminating this problem, but it is impossible to tell if everything checks out, because like I said, these are truly random freezes. Sometimes I get 6-8 hours of uninterrupted gameplay, but most days it is between 15-30 minutes of activity. I've checked the in-game functions of almost everything installed (except stuff I can't get to; i.e Dragonborn, Faalskar, ect.) and everything works, even when I put Skyrim under intense load, 10 bad-guys fighting 10 other bad-guys fightin 4 dragons, while drunk and throwing custom spells and wearing custom armors, ect. Point is, I've put it to the test, it passed. When freezing does occur, anything might cause it. I can be in an interior, exterior, combat or not, in a menu (or not), jumping (or not), anything. But none of these things, when tested heavily, CAUSE the freeze. I'm lost. I've already reset all active mods and reinstalled manually installed stuff. I've cut over 30 mods from my load order, no improvement. And the worst thing is the fact that I can't tell if I fixed anything or not, because if I change something (and I ALWAYS start a brand spankin new game) I can play for many hours sometimes, or I crash every 10 minutes...who knows....I would love the man/woman who could help me here.

 

My second issue is minor. Even when starting new games, NPC's seem to take a disliking to the PC. No matter who/what I am, or what I've done (which is almost nothing, since its a new game) tons of NPC's throw the random chatter "The God's know what you've done", "You, everytime I look at you my blood boils" or "When I see you, I think of a Sabre Cat closing its claws around your face", ect. Really? I haven't DONE anything? Explanations somebody?

I should note that a few dirty edits are detected in LOOT, 7 or 8, but most of these are from the Unofficial Patches, which aren't supposed to be cleaned, or so I'm told. No errors, just dirty edits.

Then, about your last issue, it seems some mod is putting you in a bad situation with some factions, what you can do, is trying to steal something in whiterun, pay the bill or go jail and then see if the bullying keeps going, otherwise, I would check any npcs weird behavior that your mods can cause on your game play. So far is all I can help now.

First off, thanks for the response Electronauta!

I am fairly positive my MemPatch is working, used the logger from Sheson, and tried using both the skse mempatch and SSME, with the latter seeming more successful. I've allocated 512 to the first block, left the second block default, and have only met 301 on the first block. When toggling borders, it wasn't consistently clear if I was freezing/crashing on cell borders or not, sometimes I was, sometimes I wasn't. These were only produced through speed-tests as well, not regular play, so I can't be for sure either. As far as Save-cleaners go, that shouldn't matter, as I'm always starting a brand new game and removing old saves before playing. And the (old) reason I played without the uskp for hearthfire was that LOOT detected cyclic interaction between it and the uskp for Dragonborn, so I always assumed I only needed one or the other. However, after I re-dl'ed both, everything checked out, so thanks for that.

 

I am hoping that now I've successfully allocated a bigger block with SSME (skse didn't seem to change the actual logs) that I will see a difference in regular gameplay.

As for the second issue, I'll just have to give that a try when I'm playing a more stable game, b/c the only mods I know of that might effect npc behavior might be Sexlab Aroused/Attraction, or maaaybe the Immersive Starting Classes mod, but I don't think either would be the culprit.

**Update**

 

I now have a pretty darn fine stable running Skyrim, removing ETaC and reworking my ENB + presets has done wonders. I got a significant fps-hit, but I mean, jeez. I added Project Parallax, SkyFall/Mills, W.A.T.E.R, and used Grim & Somber enb, a pretty heavy preset. Things look gorgeous and I haven't had a crash in 3 or 4 days. I've never been happier w/ Skyrim.

 

Still, the issue of all NPC's randomly saying mean things like "the Gods know what you've done" or "I just can't stand to look at you" persists, and has expanded a little farther, while retrieving the horn of j,w, in a very young game, I traveled to Morthal and saw a man named Benor, who I'm apparently supposed to brawl, but instead, he says to me "You've been a good friend to me, that means a lot" or something like that. Again, I've never seen this guy in my game before, first time in Morthal. I can't really say wtf it is, but I'll try going to jail in each hold that people seem nasty in, as per Electronauta's suggestion. Thanks for any further suggestions, anyone!
