Here is the problem, you uninstalled not just one but two script mods mid-game and used the same save. At this point your save is toast even if you do re-install them the damages will remain, try starting a new game.

Loading old save with old setting works. No way to revive the glitched werebear save tho.

 

Only way to brick that one is in case OP installed first the mod he actually used, overwrote with the stuff from the one he didn't use, and then sort-of played the game with "makeshift" version of the mod.

 

But yeah, trial and error. Everyone learns it.

I am screwed then? :( any chance to make it work, or can I just become vampire lord?

 

Also how should I next time reinsall things without stuff like this happening?

Before giving up, try one last thing. Find a Draugr one capable of using Unrelenting Shout, and get hit with it.

 

Theory: This shout will force the player's ragdoll to the world, and Havok takes over. This should "jolt" the animation graph back to normal when you get back up.

I have DCO so i keep getting pushed all over the place :P
