Another city/count rebuilt mod?

Hey everyone, does anyone know "Dive Rock" or Fort Ontus, if yes can i see a mod that involves building a new city of one of those locations and the player(you) will be the count(ess) of one of those cities, If anyone would like to to start making this mod request please let me know and tell me your ideas of what would be put in.

Interesting idea, although I know of at least one vanilla (hidden) quest that takes place around Dive Rock, and three rather popular mods I use utilize Dive Rock one way or another. I understand it's an out of the way location but I think lots of modders use it for that very reason.

 

If someone does respond to this with a new "become count" mod, I would dearly love to see a more realistic experience than just sitting in a throne doing nothing.

well i was thinking of a lot of royal powers like collect taxes, hire a bodyguard, or many other things

Similar to like kvatch rebuilt? I had hoped fire a little more from that mod.

Have you try this mod, i know for sure that there's a few quests in the mod... One quest is about killing the Evil "Count" and take his place to "Rule"...

The mod also have a Taxe collect chest, And a brend new "Very Unique" Town right North of DiveRock... Look like everything you want is include in that specific mod...
