Best place for editing face

For all us computer players, after we exit the sewers, we can still edit our characters' faces with showracemenu. However, out in the open, the lighting makes the editing weirder than in the neutral lighting of the dungeons. Therefore, my question is where else is there neutral lighting as to make face editing easier (preferably one in or near each of the major cities, or at least the IC)?

the waterfront beach has good lighting. Just use vanity mode to make sure you are facing toward the light before you open the edit menu. If you can clearly see all your current features, you're ready to open the edit menu.
