CTD after roughly an hour of playing, feels like memory issue, ideas? [Help super appreciated, please read & reply]

Hi guys & thanks for taking the time to read my post, hopefully you can help me out somehow. I've recently started modding my Skyrim again with a fresh install & set of new mods + a brand new save that took quite some time to setup. However while playing I've noticed that after dying & being forced to load a save (happened recently around the Western Watch Tower that the first dragon attacks) I'll get a random CTD after playing a rough estimate of 40-60 minutes which is very frustrating since i don't wanna simply " adjust " and keep restarting since this is not acceptable & i wish to know what the issue is because last when i played Skyrim i could go for hours without it screwing me over (if ever). Answers are immensly appreciated so please don't read my post & then just close it because you aren't to certain what could be causing it, come with suggestions even if you are skeptical if they would help. I will post my ini/prefs/load-order further below, thank you.

 

PS, I am not 100% that it actually is memory as it could be a rogue mod but from my knowledge all my mods are good/updated but please do inform me if you spot anything out of the ordinary. I am currently using several 2k texture re-placers as well. I have also cleaned all dirty plugins & my load-order is configured by loot + got a bash patch running.

Starting to doubt more & more that it could be memory issues since the memory block log says there was plenty left when the crash occurred, hence it's probably a rogue mod or to much script heavy stuff but that i really doubt. Any idea what mod could be causing this problem?
