Cant Activate Marts mutant mod

[Lazerhead]

So i havent been able to activate MMM at all. Every time i try activate it, it just says that the mod was not activated, i dont know whats going on. Previously i did get a message that said something along the lines of "the slected pluging has been manually removed, please restart you NMM and try again"
So i did, didnt solve the problem. I literally have no idea whats happening so any feed back would be greatly appreciated. I will attach some screen shots to hopefully make my situation easier to understand.

You cannot always use NMM to download and install mods. NMM cannot install a lot of the older mods. I would suggest that you read the installation instructions on the mod page.

 

Also, Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch is in the wrong location, along with FO3 Wanderers Edition - Alternate Travel.
