Holy shneikes. ever seen an image file thats over a gig? lol. I created a side by side comparison of all of the screens having to do with the actual mannequin and both of their races. obviously there is no uploading THAT anywhere. I shall do my best to find all the differences and if I dont understand it ill point it out

A giga side-by-side image? With ALL the the screenies? THAT is something worth seeing!

Why you don't simply create a sequentially-named series of images? That way, we could see them as a slideshow in your image hosting provider.

Cheers!

I never saw this error message before, neither a BSoD caused by the CSE.

Check if you have a d3d9.dll in your Oblivion main folder. If it is, move it out of there (let's say, to the Data folder).

Remember to put it back into the Oblivion folder once finished.

Cheers!

Nope. no d3d9.dll

tried again. same error, no BSOD.

Also tried with a different script to see if the script itself is the problem. another script gives the same error. when I try to open gameplay>edit scripts, I get the same error. there is however a small box in the top left that opens this when i click on it

http://s30.postimg.org/h69r261kd/Script_error.jpg

after clicking details I get this text

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Are you using a custom WorkSpace? Try with the default workspace and let's see what happens.

Don't worry, I have lots of popcorn and booze here.

Cheers!
