One of my favorite "unknown" mods is the "Forgotten Tomb" mod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2300

It's a small quest, I just loaded up the mod, completed its quest, and uninstalled it, but for the small size it's really clever, had a fun 5 minutes with it :P

 

The next one is a texture replacer instead of a mod, but felt I should mention it more or less, the War Hammer Horse Armor: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21289

It is my favorite horse armor replacer if you use one, you just need to rename a few files to get it working properly, but looks truely armazing!

thanks for all your contributions :) although i do think i have enough companion mods now xD being a druid is fun, and i was unable to play HOD yet because i don't want to cheat to get a high enough lvl to actually pass it :P my only problems are that my video card is "partially" burnt out (so my monitor goes into power save mode if i i have better than "very low" graphics and 600 x 800 resolution) and that my oblivion crashes from time to time, and i dont know how to fix that : / probably something with load order or whatever, im not savvy with obmm or anything (it also seems to crash when i exit the game or to the main menu) if someone could walk me through on how to fix those crashes that would be sweet :) it really bugs me when i walk through a door or cast a spell and my oblivion crashes >.>

 

anyway, how about armor/weapon/race mods? i have a ton of armor and weapon mods, so im not too concerned about that, but right now the majority of my races are kajiit (or w/e) because of the elsweyr mod with few other boring races :/ so if you could post some really neat (MALE, im sick of all this hentai porn anime crap >.>) races that would be great :P

Hmmm. I guess HOD says you need to be level 15 eh? You owe it to yourself to play it at some point, it will stick with you. My favorite companion comes from that mod.

I don't know if you're into home mods, but if you want some really weird (and really awesome) ones, check out Lemunde's various portable home mods. Specifically, I highly recommend to you Spire of Apparitions; it is not well-known at all, and it is one of the most amazing mods I've ever played.

It is very cool. I also recommend his "The Rift" and "Celestial Lagoon."

That's the Archaeologist Guild thing, right? Is that any fun or not? I've been thinking of trying it out.

 

Another good, fairly unknown mod is Inebriation, which blurs your vision when you drink alcohol. You should also look into "I Wanna Bayou a House" if you're into houses in swampy environments (I'm obsessed with housing mods, so you know.)

 

I have a mod in development which I doubt will be well-known, but I'll let you know when I'm done. I won't say what it is now for fear that someone might take my idea. :P
