Interfer0
I am working on a quest dungeon. About half way through I was considering having an area where you drop down off a ledge, and you can't get back up that way. I was considering not doing this because I don't want to just frustrate people if they run out of ammo or something. Having ammo and weapons in the area just doesn't fit my story line. On the other hand, people may get more into the level if they are struggling with ammo and food. So do you think it would piss people off, or add to the difficulty and help with immersion more? Deeper into the level there will be some ammo and stuff,. I'm not done building, so that may be a ways after the drop off.
Fonger
well it would certainly add "immersion"
TBGT
Add, makes players adapt and adds challenge to your quest line.
rickerhk
Add it. Then in the readme note that there is a point of no return. Then if there is a complaint you can always thump the readme that they didn't read ;)
