Dullahan
Hei guys, i have a question. Ok, in the Optimising Oblivion article, it said that disabling music would prevent stuttering fights. Now, is this that great an idea? I mean, since the music changes upon an enemy encounter, how would you know wether or not you are about to get attacked? I mean, with the OOO modification, the enemies can pack one helluva whollop, and i don't want to die before i even know what hit me..If i were to try this, how would i disable music? because the binputmusic=1 or whatever it is is the same value as the default. And switching that to 0 will not work. Also, the soft feet modification? Will that help the character be able to run without stuttering as well? because when i run, the character stutters, and it's rather annoying. While i am at it, since i will no longer be using any patches, (i'm a stealth character. there is no darkness. therefore, i shall never use that patch again, until i optimise my actual pc.) i noticed some .ini changes dealing with facial features of the characters on the optimising oblivion article. Will this help the lips match the words, and will the character be able to actually say what is listed in their subtitle, or will they just say only part of what the subtitle has displayed? And one last thing, which mod would i use to remove 'soup' from the LOD view? i am unsure if Jerrol's modification would be any good for me. Thanks in advance, Dullahan
