"There it is... they've been working on opening this it seems. Torches are over there if you want a better look." Noticing the remains of Jouko's breakfast, Alenee's expression turns to disgust and hatred. Pointing to the mess, she turns to Linden. "Ok, can we kill him now? Look what he's done to our hole!" Realizing that Jouko isn't awake to hear her complaints, she kicks him in the ribs just hard enough to make him feel it. "Wake up." Bengt says, looking critically at the Jouko's form. "If he is, if he opens his eyes, he's fired." He looks at the tools scattered around the site. "You're sure that there wasn't anyone using these? It just seems unbelievable that they would just dig the hole themselves - I'm not accusing you of making it up, the tools are all the proof I need, but, this really is strange!" He looks at Linden and the hole. "They must have been fairly efficient to dig that hole." He pulls the top of his heavy outer and inner tunics together as if trying to fight off a chill, then shudders. "You know," he adds after a short pause. We are investigating a puzzle, and we think that Lord Reevelord may have a clue that might unravel it for us. We need but a minute of his time. Wouldst thou be good enough to tell him that we are here? The puzzle does have royal implications." "Where the hell am I", he scans the area only to see Linden, Alenee, and a strange man. He raises his sword from the ground and hooks it back on his back, "Sorry about that your stuck-upness" he turns to Linden, "How long was i out for?" Dismissing him for the moment, she turns back to Bengt. "Well there was someone using them... they were just invisible. We shot arrows into the spot where a person would be if they were carrying the tools, and it hurt them just fine. He pricks his ears to listen to the conversation between Alenee and the man he still doesn't know, while he cleans his blade and his pauldron of the vomit, "Blast i believe i got it in my hair also" He turns to a worker "You There, is there a watering hole somewhere or a bathing bowl?" Jouko Posted November 20, 2003 Share Posted November 20, 2003 "Thank you kind sir" Jouko wanders off in the direction he was pointed to, he stumbles upon the wash area, he starts a small prayer, after hes done he gets to washing himself and cleaning his armor, after hes done he walks back up to the site "So sorry about my attitude earlier friends, the last few days have been harsh, i should of never snuck up on you the other night, so lets start off anew" He holds out his hand "Hello the name is Jouko Akujin and you are?" At Jouko: "Sir, my name is Linden... eh, Wolff, a follower of the god Poeved. It is good to meet you." To Bengt: "Lord Reevelord, go to see you again.
