Jouko
"I don't believe that thee will be any gold in this place, and i really do not want to be in here, i have a foreboding feeling of this place, Akujin tells me to walk away and leave it be"
Emry
Linden looks up from her mapmaking. "If you do not feel comfortable here, then you are free to leave. We are not compelling you to stay. We have been hired for a job (nodding to Alenee) and we will see it through. Although personally, I would welcome another blade if danger were to appear. It is your choice." Kethruch
Alenee, Linden, and JoukoJune 5, 1048 0732 As Linden moves toward the north wall, she first notices two large statues, 15' apart, flush against the wall, some 10' in height including their bases. Each are humanoid in shape, and, as she gets closer, she notices that the bodies on each are indeed very human in shape and appearance, but not the heads. The one on the left has the head of a bird of prey, and is standing upright with its hands cupped in front of it. In its hands is a blue stone sphere that reflects light as a solid, rather than a translucent or transparent object. As she looks around, she also notices that the floor is a tile mosaic, the center of which is obscured by the fallen rocks, blocking any attempt to determine what the mosaic is of. The second statue, the one on the right, has the head of a bear. It is in a similar position as the first, except that the sculpting of the hands appears to have been left in a crude but smooth oddly shaped block, with a rune on the top and front of it. The wall itself is covered with carvings of a great processional of beings, led by the bird of prey headed figure toward a shining circle, over a bridge being held up by the bear-headed figure. Alenee's search finds other statues against the other walls - To the West, the left figure has the head of an owl, and there is an outstretched hands hold a carved acorn and oak bough. The right hand one has the head of a wolf, and an exquisitely carved flow of water pours from its hands to the ground. Behind them, the carvings on the wall are of the one with the wolf head underneath a platform upon which figures are looking to the one with the owl head, who has in one scene, nothing, in the second, an acorn, and the third, nothing, though there are now trees in the scene. To the south, the right figure has a head of a faceless human. Whatever had been in its hands has been broken off. The left hand figure has the head of a goat. Its hands are at its side, but at its feet are figures of a rabbit and a hound, and around its head is a wreath of small, apparently happy birds. The carvings behind this pair seem to have crumbled away, leaving only a rough stone surface. To the East, the left hand statue has the head of a dragon, and its clenched upraised right fist holds several lightning bolts. The right hand statue has three human faces on a single head. The face looking right is smiling, the one straight ahead is stone faced (sorry about the pun again), and the one looking left is frowning. In its hand, held before it, are a set of scales. The images behind these show a group of several beings being presided over and preached to by the beings with the dragon head and the multi-faced head. There appear to be no other ways out, and the walls are consistent - there is no change in their composition.

Peregrine
After completing her search, Alenee returns to the bird of prey statue. As she walks by him, she replies to Jouko's question. "No, magic's not by best subject... if it can't be done with simple bandages, I'd probably hurt you more than help!" She then focuses her attention on the statue. She examines it carefully for any sign of traps or hidden switches, then if nothing is found, tries to remove the stone for closer inspection. Jouko
"I believe i was speaking to the healer Linden, Alenee, if you not doing anything you can help me out with these rocks, i want to see whats on the floor."
Emry
Linden looks up from her sketches and over to Jouko. "Certainly Jouko. I never meant to withhold the healing from you. I did not realize that you wounds were that serious." She goes over to Jouko and lays her hands on his leg and recites the prayer for Healing I. "I hope this helps." She gets up, dusts herself off and goes back to the north wall.
Jouko
"That should do it Linden thank you" He begins removing the rocks at a faster pace then before, "we should be able to see all of the floor in a bit."
Kethruch
Jouko, Alenee, and LindenJune 5, 1048 0735 The spell does indeed help (jouko - spells are not automatic) though sore, you are more comforatble with it. The clearing is going to be long, hard work, but you figure a solid twenty minutes or so should have a good chunk of floor uncovered. (Where are you putting the stuff you move?) To Alenee's eye, there appear to be no traps or hidden switches. But, as you try to remove the stone, it won't move. As Linden goes back to the north wall, she sees Alenee working on the blue stone.
