1timeuser12
Whenever an NPC (vanilla/mod added) dies in the game there is nothing in the end to show for it except what you collected from the corpse before it disappears. I was wondering if it is possible to create a mod for Trophy Headstones. The idea behind this is, if an NPC dies in game then after a few days a headstone would show up in the nearest grave yard with the name and calendar date of that NPC. The kind of headstones would be based on the societal position of the NPCs. Ranging from John Does for No-name ruffian footpad characters to generic citizens, guards up to well known nobility. If the NPc dies in a cell occupied by a town or city then a headstone would show up in the local graveyard. If in the wilderness then, you could have say, a shovel in your inventory so when you click 'Dispose', a pile of rocks and a wood head board would appear near the place of death. Come to think about it, this could also work for Morrowind and TES V.
majikmonkee
Hmmm. That could be space consuming after a while, especially with characters like my evil guy who just kills everyone on sight. Interesting idea though.
bben46
There was a placeable headstone mod, but I was unable to find it with the search. It was one of Jannix Quinns great mods, good luck finding it somewhere else as he removed most of his mods from TesNexus some time ago. majikmonkee
Does anyone know how many unique NPC's are in Tamriel (not counting those added by mods). I wasn't able to find this information (I know some of them only show up during quest events etc, I was wondering if there was a ballpark figure though). Shadowfen
Jannix Quinn's mods can be found on his website, http://www.rubyblade.com/tes/mods.htm The only problem is that all of the download links lead you back to non-existent files on Tesnexus. :(

Deleted1217574User
Oh really? I'm sorry, I didn't even try them =( I know most of his mods can be found on Planet Elder Scrolls, though I don't recall seeing that one...
