Are there any mods like this?

Please, help me if you know mods that does following things:

 

1.) Makes Nighteye-effect toggleable. For example, Fin Gleam could be very useful helmet because its possible to acquire even on lower levels, but nighteye which is always on when you wear it makes it useless on daylight.

 

2.) Im not really good with English but i hope you get what im meaning:

I want a mod that gives you possibility to select your race and your preferred class, no matter of race-specific skill penalties. It would give a lot more freedom of choise to character customization. I mean, you can see quite a few argonian and khajiit mages as NPC:s, but its hard to play as one yourself. That would be more like REAL roleplaying, so you could choose any race you want without worrying about skills.

1.) There is one that does that, but you have to be a vampire to get the ability.

2.) I'm not sure I understand what you mean. The way I took your question, that's possible with vanilla oblivion character generation. Custom Race/Custom Class.

i think i understand your second question

from what i understand, you are asking if there are mods that remove the skill bonuses of races

if that is so, than i don''t know, but it is easy to do for yourself

 

but why should you do so?? there are no penalties (as far as i know) from races, only bonuses

so you can play whatever character you want, whatever race, whatever class, whatever style

it is all up to you to decide

1) Check Nighteye Glasses. You can turn on/off nighteye when you're wearing them. However, it requires OBSE and several other mods for meshes, textures and function.

The second question:

 

I¨m guessing you want to make lets say a Bosmer with the racials of an orc?

 

That is very possible, you can use Wrye Bash, it is a very extensive mod though,

but you can import the face and body of another race if you are displeased with lets say the bosmer racials, but like the look of bosmers.

 

I can with experience say that this works very well, and that I am currently playing a Bosmer mage, who has the racials of a Breton.

The NPCs around you even say things like "what do you want treehugger". You are still a Bosmer in every way, but your racials are Breton.

 

I'm saying it is possible, but installing and using Wrye bash requires reading.

If you like an easy fix, I would suggest using cheats to add the racial abilities you like, and remove the ones you don't like, this however takes time also since you have to modify nearly every single skill and add and remove racial spells.

 

There are likely mods that does this that doesn't require reading, and are in general simpler. but I'm not sure what they are.
