Hard-to-find rules thread

I can see how this has happened given Gaming Source's growth, but is there any possibility that all site-wide rules thread (e.g. sig pic limits ;)) can be moved to the Forum Rules and Strikes, or at least provide links to them in there?

 

Some very important details are buried in the Oblivion forum, and I don't play Oblivion so I hadn't looked at that forum much, it just didn't occur to me that there'd be that kind of stuff in there.

True, I didn't fully realise that those were exclusively in the Oblivion rules forum. I've moved them to Rules and Strikes as suggested. Thanks. ^^
