CTD after opening the spells menu

I've tried fast travelling, waiting for a long time, learning a new spell as was recommended in some very old threads but I can't seem to figure out why my game CTD when opening the spells menu. It used to open fine and I haven't installed any new mods since it last worked. Anyone have any ideas?

I have gone to a earlier save where the spell menu works and have just noticed that it starts to crash it as soon as I gain the ability to transform into a werewolf. I don't have any mods that edit werewolves though so that is strange.

What's your load order?

I am using Mod Organiser so there is the load order of the archives and the one fo the plugins. (Archives being the larger left panel, didn't know what else to call it.) Here's both of them, the archive one first but since I can't seen to copy and paste the archive load order, and it is a lot to type in I have taking screenshots of it. I hope it isn't too much of a chore to look at them.
