Google search PiraFORM

On that web site there is a utility called (https://www.piriform.com/speccy)

just install it and run it, when it completes, full screen it and xpand the graphics information, then screen shot that and upload that shot for me to view it.

It will show what the fallout 3 game software see's, this will help me decide which direction you need to proceed in.

Now i need to see the graphics cards tweak section for the display settings on the PC's side of things.

What you have shown me here is you are running two monitors....fallout 3 ,at release date, this was concidered a high ended setup, the game was not designed for that so the software it would have required was not shipped with the game ,you need to install it.

here is hwere you currently sit, you have updated games, are running Steam, and it should be controlling that game setup...for which it's not.

Steam is causing the game to croak / not run.

NV and skyrim have such things accounted for and so does steam...just not this game...for what ever reason, you still need to update that system to run a 32bit game on that system...and steam...should be doing this but ..is not. So, in my signature there are links that take you too the most current compatible gaming software that will match all and hopefully allow this game to run. The XNA factor is the problem, steam and the system are halting the game on purpose.

the d3d9.dll should allow the game to run or at least allow the games launcher to load..if it does not, then we need to find out what is preventing it from taking place.

the Bypass file go's into the games folder near the game engine...same place...put it there and launch the launcher again.

I'm only using one monitor...I'm not sure what you mean by the links in your signature.. Do you want me to download something in there? The bypass file that you told me to download is where it is suppose to be. I watched the video and put it where it said.

the point here is this

(C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\xlive.dll on Windows)

You must have that file on that system for that game to even run, from what you have provided, you do not have that data, not possible on 64bit unless you downloaded it and installed it and it will show up in the tech read outs which it does not.

Drivers: "na"<---- that means not available and all of that are intel chip drivers for a 64bit system.

the last screen shot shows two monitors available and Enabled ? so Either you have two monitors running or have the graphics data messed up really bad , or even the type of connector being used may be at fault....I am blind here, I can's see the mother board's peripherals .

HDMI ,DVI,VGA...OR all of them are possible being used? I don't know, the software say's yes so where is the bug at?

that's why we are here. we are here to find out....."where?"

it's really simple, the last graphics crash on launcher load up is a typical "standard thing I see all the time", have dealt with it, know how to fix it ,but it requires information, and that comes from you.

IF thegame is steam game, then it's not loaded with DRM garbage...SecurRom<----very nasty thing that is ,so we are left with a reduced amount of game hell to figure out why "faout3 does not run and the others do?"....
