an unknown body mesh

I have scoured all of models and textures, couldn't find a matching mesh to the following:

in user images, there is a user named Auraez, (just ctrl-f to find in page) who posted 3 pics, of a character against sunset.

 

what is that body mesh? The closest I could find was UHK, or HGEC K cup, but neither one does the nipples like in the picture.

 

I don't know how to contact Auraez, perhaps someone could tell me.

it's not DM though. DMs are more like beach balls, the one in the pic look more natural and have more detailed nipples. I've also looked through variations of DM, like HDM or BDM

The body mesh could be altered by the mod author, and it is 'part' of the wardrobe. In this game, when the actor wears something, its meshes will literally replace corresponding body parts.

ya i know, the mod is all done in vanilla DM. however the pics in question don't replace body parts, they just sit on the shoulder. Whatever is in that pic is actually a different underlying body mesh.
